These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tryblooe.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make on it. The Site is operated by BLOOE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("blooe", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you check out.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are cosmetic and personal care items: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the instructions and ingredients before use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one shown at checkout when you placed your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item being unavailable. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 90-day money-back guarantee, are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Promotions

Discount codes and special offers are valid for a limited time, can't be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, images, videos, logos and the blooe name) belongs to BLOOE LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Reviews and comments

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. You agree not to post anything unlawful, offensive or misleading.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may include links to or services from third parties (such as payment or tracking providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLOOE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
